General Manager – Machine Shop & Warehousing Facility Nipha Superior Manufacturing LLC Munford, AL 36268

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to lead and manage our growing machining, fabrication, and warehousing facility. This is a critical leadership position, replacing a departing owner who will provide guidance and training support for approximately one year during the transition. The General Manager will have full P&L accountability, operational oversight, workforce leadership, and strategic management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational and Strategic Management:

Full accountability for plant profitability, operational efficiency, and overall performance. Manage operations involving

CNC, VMC, HMC

machining, robotic welding, fabrication, and warehousing. Prepare, manage, and execute budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans in coordination with accounting. Align day-to-day operations with long-term corporate strategies and customer expectations.

Quality and Safety Management:

Develop, implement, and oversee ISO and industry-specific quality standards. Foster a zero-defect culture through effective quality control systems and regular process audits. Ensure rigorous adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.

Leadership:

Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction to a skilled team of 40+ employees. Foster a positive, productive workplace culture emphasizing quality, reliability, integrity, and clear communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing management, ideally in precision machining and fabrication environments. Proven experience with full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Solid technical knowledge of

CNC, VMC, HMC

machining operations, and robotic welding systems. Strong experience developing and implementing ISO and industry-specific quality systems. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field preferred. Familiarity with supply chain logistics, warehousing operations, and ERP systems.
