Real Estate Division Facilities Supervisor The RED (Real Estate Division) Facilities Supervisor at Arvest is an execution-focused leader providing leadership, guidance, and workflow management on a day-to-day basis. They ensure exceptional and consistent service and provide effective and efficient responses to inquiries in a professional and proficient manner. They ensure timely and effective interaction with customers to assess the needs of the requests and coordinate work between skilled trades and customers being impacted. What You’ll Do at
Arvest:
(Other duties may be assigned.) Supervise the Facility Specialist team members with the direction of workflow, coordination, and evaluation. Serve as the first point of supervision for team members and is accountable for providing direction and guidance on team objectives. Review team member performance, including preparing and delivering performance reviews. Provide feedback for performance-related matters and coach team members on performance. Participate as a key contributor in the recruiting and hiring process. Pull reports, track break-fix items and maintain current information within the automation system. Submit and approve expense reports. Document, maintain, and enhance work processes and standards within the team, including documenting procedures for troubleshooting and incident resolution/solution. Assist the manager in continuously improving policies, procedures, and processes. Track trending issues and formulate recommendations for management to address recurring issues. Assist the manager with the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plans. Formulate and communicate innovative ideas and suggestions that will enhance operations and profitability for the organization. Coordinate and provide process, procedure, safety, new product, new equipment, and daily task training within the team. Maintain facility assets within the asset software system to ensure assets are being added and removed accordingly. Monitor contractor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications. Solicit bids and quotes from vendors. Review maintenance agreements to evaluate methods to control and reduce costs. Manage third-party vendors. Oversee the daily operations of the mailroom pertaining to incoming and outgoing inter-office mail for the entire Bank Group as well as FedEx/UPS packages for various locations. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Associates Degree or equivalent work or military experience. 3 years of proven experience in facilities management, HVAC, or electrical repairs. 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. General knowledge of problem determination and repairs for electrical, plumbing, equipment, etc. in order to maintain the division in an efficient manner. Basic knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management and budgeting. Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions under pressure. Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
Physical Demands:
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. The associate must be able to travel frequently by themselves within the US, including overnight. Associates must be able to frequently navigate a construction site and access all areas of a facility. This includes but is not limited to the ability to work in and around all facilities spaces: below grade, rooftop, penthouse, unfinished spaces, crawl spaces and which access to may require climbing a ladder or using a lift.
