- FacilitiesCoordinator
- to support day-to-day facilities operations acrossmultiple portfolios.
This role will be 100% remote and will need to workMST hours.
In this role, you will coordinate a small team of multi-skilledoperatives, manage vendor relationships, assist with financialprocesses, and ensure the smooth operation of all building services.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a hands-onapproach, and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients,landlords, and service providers
- Provide daily support to and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
- Assist in the procurement and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
- Support financial processes including purchase order management, monthly accruals, and financial tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and facility audits to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment
- Assist in implementing property risk management programs and best practices
- Maintain the facility to a high standard at all times
- Support the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
- Support the preparation of management reports and assist with project coordination
- Monitor and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or related field
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
