Duties Deliver professional and friendly customer service to both internal and external clients Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency across multiple locations Serve as the main point of contact for vendors; manage and update vendor records Track office expenditures and oversee contracts (rent, subtenants, vendor services, etc.) Assist subtenants and act as a backup liaison with building management Coordinate payments for attorney bar dues and business tax filings across jurisdictions Plan and organize office events and team-building activities Maintain and update office floorplans, directories, and internal website information Support special projects such as office moves or fire safety training Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Professional and approachable customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in multi-site administrative support or a legal office is a plus
