We are seeking a mission-driven Facilities Development Manager who brings a passion for faith-based service, financial sustainability, and operational excellence. This role plays a vital part in strengthening the long-term vitality of our congregation through smart facilities management, strategic planning, and relationship-building.

Position Description:

The Facilities Development Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all facilities-related initiatives at FCNB. Working closely with the Senior Minister and the Buildings & Grounds Committee, the Manager ensures that our physical space supports our mission and remains financially sustainable. Key areas of focus include external building use, vendor coordination, facilities operations, project oversight, and Sunday worship support. Ideal Qualities Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building abilities. Experience in facilities management, church operations, or related fields preferred. Commitment to the mission and values of FCNB and a willingness to work in a faith-based environment.
