We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Facilities Manager to help keep our fleet looking pristine and our property operating smoothly.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Facilities Manager will oversee the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of our facility, including managing the washing and detailing of our high-end vehicles. You will be hands-on and responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our grounds and garage, ensuring a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the garage, parking areas, and grounds (e.g., sweeping, lawn care, trash removal). Wash and detail limousines and other fleet vehicles, ensuring a spotless finish inside and out. Perform routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or hazards. Conduct or coordinate minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC filters). Ensure supplies and cleaning products are stocked and equipment is maintained. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed for larger maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar role preferred. Must have basic Mechanical knowledge and experience Must have paint and body work experience or be willing to learn Strong attention to detail, especially in vehicle detailing and cleaning. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate pressure washers, buffers, and other detailing equipment.
Bonus Skills:
Experience working in an automotive or fleet environment. Basic handyman skills (painting, light electrical, carpentry).
