Site Supervisor – Facilities Management (Multi-Site Medical Client) The RUSH Family of Companies Titusville, FL 32780 RUSH Facilities LLC, a division of RUSH Construction Inc. is a locally, employee-owned Facilities Maintenance Contractor. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our client’s medical facility.
Position Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations, maintenance, and life safety systems across multiple medical facilities for our client. This role includes hands-on performance of preventative and corrective maintenance, coordination of vendor services, and ensuring that all client buildings and grounds remain safe, compliant, and comfortable for occupants and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multiple vendors and executing small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate repair and maintenance priorities with the client, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Respond promptly to service requests and corrective maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Prepare and deliver periodic reports to the client. Coordinate and supervise internal and external contractors for specialized repairs and services. Maintain documentation to support compliance with AHCA, AAAHC, NFPA, and other regulatory requirements. Implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and lead safety drills. Represent the client during inspections by regulatory agencies and ensure timely resolution of any deficiencies. Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality. Procure materials within approved budgets and purchasing limits. Plan and oversee minor renovations and facility upgrades with minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain emergency response procedures for natural disasters, equipment failures, and other incidents. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners. Promptly report deficiencies related to equipment or building operations.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a skilled trade, with a well-rounded knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. 3+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong understanding of AHCA, OSHA, and NFPA compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS, and Building Management Systems (BMS). OSHA 10 certification. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
FMP (Facility Management Professional) certification. EPA 608 certification. Vocational training in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry. Associate’s degree in a related field.
