Position Summary:
- The
- CMMS Specialist
- is responsible for the administration and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, ground support equipment (GSE), and maintenance resources.
This position supports preventive and corrective maintenance planning, asset management, work order coordination, and system reporting. The role is essential in maintaining data accuracy and supporting both maintenance teams and operational leadership.

Essential Functions:
- + Maintain and update CMMS data to support accurate asset tracking and data analysis.
+ Manage work orders, equipment records, and maintenance documentation within the CMMS. + Analyze work orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure records are current and compliant. + Maintain the integrity of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, including schedules, task lists, and compliance monitoring. + Track and report on maintenance-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). + Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for CMMS users. + Identify process improvements to enhance the development and execution of work orders. + Support and communicate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure expectations and project timelines are met. + Act as a liaison between maintenance and operations teams to support cross-functional alignment. + Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and system records reflect current conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:
- + Strong analytical, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Ability to work in a high-paced, demanding airport maintenance environment. + Proficient with CMMS platforms —

- preferred. + Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Ability to maintain legible, accurate records consistent with company standards. + Prior experience in facilities management, with a focus on planning, scheduling, or asset management, is highly desired.

Preferred Experience:
- + 2+ years of experience with CMMS or maintenance planning systems.
