Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management services. This role supports strategic planning and day-to-day operations to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Support the Senior Facilities Manager and/or Account Lead in implementing short- and long-term goals and projects Develop and implement programs, processes, and procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements in accordance with client needs Ensure accurate and timely completion of facilities-related reports following client policies Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors Lead facilities staff to meet service level expectations within budget Assist in developing and executing the annual management plan for assigned buildings Interface with client representatives to manage capital and expense budgets Maintain positive client relationships through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity Recommend capital improvements and prepare budget forecasts and variance reports Meet Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the performance agreement Share innovations and best practices within the organization Oversee contractors to ensure compliance with client and internal policies Ensure proper delivery and compliance in all contracted services Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management; MBA is a plus Minimum 6 years of industry experience in corporate, service provider, or consulting environments Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience managing both technical and administrative staff Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS systems We thank all applicants for their interest.
