Job Summary:
A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) overseeing a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) must be state-licensed or certified as a Medicare/Medicaid provider. This role requires specific skills and responsibilities to ensure effective facility management and high-quality resident care.:: Purpose of your position: The primary purpose of your position is to manage all business-related activities to achieve Solaris HealthCare’s vision and support strategies and assures that the company image as an ethical and high-quality provider of health services is developed and maintained.: Primary duties and responsibilities: Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing, medical, social, food, rehabilitation, and recreation services to enhance resident care and quality of life. Manage financial operations, including contracts, audits, compliance, and asset protection. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and maintain resident rights in all aspects of care. Develop and oversee quality assurance programs, health information management, and pharmaceutical services. Establish and enforce policies and procedures to optimize resident care and facility operations. Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff development programs to enhance job satisfaction and resident care. Ensure HR policies and programs comply with regulations and support cultural diversity. Implement workplace safety, health, and wellness programs in accordance with OSHA and risk management standards. Develop and manage annual budgets for optimal resource use. Implement financial policies and systems to monitor performance. Secure revenue through diverse funding sources. Train staff in financial management practices. Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Implement and evaluate safety, emergency, and quality assurance programs.
