Director of Facilities Position Available In Collier, Florida

Acute care hospital experience required for this position. This is an exempt position at our Pine Ridge hospital campus. Directs an organization’s facilities department Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators Will manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks Leads and directs the work of others Reports to CEO Familiar with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities Proficiency with Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety Emergency Management Experience preferred Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field. CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) or equivalent preferred
