Job Description
Facility Manager Affordable Secure Storage – Management LaBelle, FL 33935 Self-Storage company in LaBelle and Lee County seeks a full-time employee to become Facility Manager. Schedule will include 5.5. days M-F, 9-5 and Sat 9-1. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Employees will need to able to maintain facility, including cleaning units and making small repairs, rent units to customers, handle and track cash/checks, make collections calls for overdue tenants, and be a friendly and helpful face around the facility. This job also includes a lot of customer service and administrative work. Applicants with storage experience are preferred, but all candidates will be considered. Pay is in line with similar local facilities and is negotiable based on applicant’s experience, this is not a management position. Please send a resume along.
