BTF, JFE
Compost, and soon the Pasco Milling and Bagging Facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance. This individual will lead a team of facilities managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Improve strategic plans for the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities Oversee facility budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
Team Management:
Directly manage facility managers and their respective teams across all locations Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for staff
Operational Oversight:
Ensure facilities operate efficiently Improve and continue to implement better safety programs Ensure operational workflow compliance with environmental processes Drive throughput goals and maximize resources by managing facility leaders Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
Performance Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success. Lead projects to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Regular travel between the facilities is required and as determined by you. Must be able to work in a municipal, industrial, biosolids-related environment. This job description reflects the core responsibilities of the role but may include additional duties as needed.
