Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Assistant to join our team in Plant City, FL . This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and basic utility functions of our facility. Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break areas, and shared spaces Handle trash removal, recycling, and restocking of cleaning supplies Maintain and monitor facility utilities including lighting, water fixtures, and HVAC filters Report any repair or maintenance issues to the appropriate department Assist with room or area setups for meetings, events, or workspace changes Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to identify issues or areas that need attention Respond promptly to spills, sanitation needs, or supply restocking requests

Requirements:

Previous experience in facility cleaning or general maintenance preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
