Job Description

Facility Coordinator NPPW Services 15835 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33618 The Facility Coordinator drives the operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up. Works collectively with customers, service providers, and employees performing a variety of routine and non-routine activities to help clients achieve their maintenance objectives: process, control, cost, information, communications, and quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates maintenance repair work orders: timely and complete dispatch, scheduling, follow-up, quote preparation, problem resolution, and post-service activities. Reviews and prioritizes open work orders for follow-up and attention based on age, status, or other factors; performs appropriate follow-up until work order is closed. Communicates clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing with clients and service providers daily to maintain an outstanding relationship using phone, email, reports on internal and 3rd-party systems Work with client and service provider personnel to maintain and troubleshoot system access and usability Provides required reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned clients Assists with service provider invoice collection and auditing Work with internal groups (Support Center, Supply Chain Management, Service Channel Billing, and others) to communicate customer requirements and to resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities. Conduct periodic weekly calls with clients to review status of projects/work orders. Required to travel 2x per month to visit locations in assigned markets (1 week in North Florida and 1 week in Central Florida) Hotel stays may be necessary. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE HS

Diploma/GED Associates degree Preferred. 0-3 Years of Experience CERTIFICATES and/or

LICENSES

Valid Driver License for Travel Interpersonal Skills Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors. Financial Knowledge Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Reasoning Ability Ability to understand, resolve problems, and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or

ABILITIES

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices and be familiar and comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from Clients. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other systems Validated professional verbal and written communication skills
