Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Virtual Facility Manager to oversee and manage work orders within our CMMS. The ideal candidate will ensure that all maintenance requests are processed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incoming work orders in the CMMS. Assign work orders to appropriate maintenance personnel or contractors. Track the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion. Communicate with facility staff and vendors to resolve any issues related to work orders. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in facility management or a related field. Proficiency in using CMMS software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and remotely. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
