Job Summary:
Manage all real estate and facility operations, including office space planning, building maintenance, construction projects, and vendor management. Make sure workspaces are safe, efficient, and meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and organize use of office space and report on space needs. Set and follow building rules and safety standards; make sure all facilities are well maintained. Oversee construction and renovation projects; handle emergencies and support day-to-day building operations. Track leases, manage budgets, and support real estate deals like new leases or sales. Lead the facilities team and work well with leaders, staff, and outside vendors.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in facilities or real estate management. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of building safety (OSHA), codes, and budgeting. Strong management, teamwork, and project skills. Fluent in Spanish.
