Job Description

The Facilities Manager at is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, member experience, and vendor coordination of our coworking and warehousing facility. This position involves conducting sales tours, managing member onboarding, maintaining vendor relationships, training warehouse associates, and delivering top-tier customer service to ensure member satisfaction. The Facilities Manager is a key ambassador of HiveHub’s brand, fostering a professional, supportive, and operational environment for members and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Member Orientation and Onboarding Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new members, including orientation sessions to familiarize them with facilities, policies, and services. Ensure members have access to necessary resources, such as utilities, WiFi, equipment, and office setups, to support their immediate operational needs. Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing questions and ensuring a positive initial experience. Vendor Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including utility providers, maintenance contractors, equipment suppliers, and other service partners. Coordinate service schedules, and ensure vendor compliance with safety and operational standards. Monitor vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Warehouse Associate Management and Training Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse associates to ensure efficient and safe operations within the facility. Develop and implement training programs covering warehouse procedures, equipment handling, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment to support staff development. Customer Service and Member Support Deliver exceptional customer service to existing members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to enhance their experience. Act as the primary liaison for member concerns, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary. Proactively engage with members to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure their needs are met.
