Description:
As a leader the Operations Supervisor oversees and provides guidance to a team of engineers that supports the Real Estate Management portfolio throughout a tri-county area. The Operations Supervisor will perform a wide variety of troubleshooting, maintenance functions and repair in one or more of the trade disciplines including but not limited to, ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. Supervises construction and/or capital improvement projects including the review of construction drawings to ensure cohesiveness of building systems for assigned projects. Must be a self-starter and will be required to travel to various sites and work various schedules. Required to be part of the on call rotating schedule including weekends. Must posses knowledge of standards, concepts, practices and procedures of commercial office buildings at a technical level. Functions as a resource in the absence of a Manager. Facilitates training of team as it relates to the Environment of care compliance standard for The Joint Commission and technical aspects of the job. Participates in construction projects as it relates to building operating systems. Estimated pay range for this position is $28.13 – $36.57 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:
High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
Drivers License from Florida.
Additional Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years proven supervisory experience and five (5) years experience in commercial building and/or medical facilities operations (central plant operations, life safety systems, construction supervision, energy management systems), repair and maintenance with proven knowledge of the environment of care process. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must also posses interpersonal skills to be able to work at all staff levels (tenants, leadership, support personnel, vendors etc. ).
