Training and Credentialing Manager – Emergency Detention Facility – ($4,770/week) Critical Response Strategies Miami, FL 33134

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training and Credentialing Manager for rapid deployment to support onboarding, compliance, and workforce readiness at a temporary correctional or shelter-based facility in South Florida. This W2 contract role is contingent upon contract award and includes housing and meals provided on-site . The Training and Credentialing Manager will oversee the orientation process, ensure staff certifications remain current, and coordinate training efforts across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding and orientation of new staff, ensuring completion of training requirements Maintain accurate records of certifications, licenses, and required clearances Coordinate on-site training schedules and facilitate compliance tracking Work with leadership to identify training needs and deliver refresher sessions Ensure alignment with contract, regulatory, and credentialing standards Communicate with staff to collect, verify, and update credentials Generate reports for project leadership regarding workforce readiness and compliance status Support audit preparedness and documentation accuracy Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and operational consistency

Assignment Details:

W2 Temporary Assignment (no benefits) Housing and meals included on base (no per diem or travel reimbursement) 84 hours/week – 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week

Rotational Schedule:

2-3 weeks on / 1 week off

Project Duration:

Up to 12 months

Qualifications:

Experience in training coordination, credentialing, HR compliance, or program management (required) Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills Familiarity with healthcare or emergency management credentialing preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, tracking systems, and reporting tools Must be able to pass a background check Able to deploy with minimal notice and operate in high-demand conditions Proficient in English (spoken and written) Ensure every staff member is mission-ready.
