POSITION SUMMARY
Gathers, organizes, and prepares asset records for inspection, scoring, and planned replacement along with their input into the Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Also supports the day-to-day operation of this system. Operates under the objectives of the Asset Management Program (AMP) which will support maintenance functions and assets management functions at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. Uses knowledge of resources and procedures to work independently on assigned projects. Performs administrative audits of Maintenance Department contracts. Performs other duties as assigned. Valid Florida driver’s license required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in Business, Accounting or related field and three (3) years experience to include data entry, data processing, accounting and other related experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. CMMS experience, Maximo experience, or experience with a financial application system preferred.
Basic computer skills to include spreadsheets, project management software, database, and presentation software required.
Exceptional ability to pay attention to detail and meet deadlines required.
Must have demonstrated ability to analyze, plan and coordinate projects.
Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
