Job Description:
Performs administrative professional, and supervisory work in Orlando Venues facilities (Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, Mennello Museum and Harry P. Leu Gardens). Primary duties include supervising, overseeing, analyzing, directing, and planning facilities activities of the operation and maintenance sections within the Division. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure operations and maintenance efforts are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Work is performed under general supervision of the Operations Division Manager. Performance is reviewed through conferences, condition of Venues facilities, and reports submitted.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Facilities Management with three (3) years’ experience in the operations and maintenance of public assembly sports and/or entertainment facilities, preferably in collegiate or professional sports and/or entertainment facilities required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, licenses, and experience. Valid Florida Driver’s License required. Certified Facility Management (CFM) designation preferred.

This position is in Orlando Venues Department
Positions in the Facilities Division must pass police background investigation.

Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
