LI-onsite Responsibilities:
Perform tasks such as installing shelves, hanging pictures, and miscellaneous building maintenance items Ensure the parking lot and grounds of the office are kept clean of debris Change batteries in electronic fixtures (faucets, paper towel dispenser, etc) Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other minor plumbing jobs Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed Set up and break down of conference rooms for in-house catered meetings Distribute incoming mail, FedEx and UPS deliveries Restock soda machines and maintain inventory Maintain facilities and janitorial supply stock, and order when needed Stock and distribute snack items and maintain inventory Process outgoing mail and handle outgoing UPS shipments Assist with moving miscellaneous office furniture items when needed Set up and tear down of company-sponsored events Drive to Home Depot, etc. for purchasing of items and/or deliveries on an as-needed basis Assist Corporate Manager with various facilities related tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or
GED 1 -2
years’ experience in facilities maintenance Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask Clean driver’s license Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
