Purpose of the Operations Manager Role The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing general daily operations of the facility. Addictionaly the Operations Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all MHT Staff.

Schedule for the position:

Tuesday – Saturday, 2:00pm-10:00pm. On-call as needed. Qualifications of the Operations Manager Minimum of two years experience working in primary Mental Health/Psych domain. Minimum of one year supervisory experience within a primary mental health or psychiatric facility preferred. Possess passion and compassion for patient care. Proficiency in KIPU Super Admin. Exemplary documentation skills. Strong familiarity expertise in Joint Commission and AHCA standards. Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check. #PM23
