The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations. Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections. Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants. Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
