Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 cleaning operation at a high-volume warehouse in Haines City. This position involves managing multiple shifts, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating staff schedules and site issues. You will participate in a 2 weeks on / 1 week off emergency on-call rotation . A company mobile phone is provided, and a monthly on-call stipend is paid in addition to base salary. This is a salaried exempt position , and you are expected to work your standard full-time hours during all weeks, including those when you are on-call. Responsibilities Supervise janitorial staff across all 3 shifts (day, evening, overnight) Ensure compliance with cleanliness, health and safety, and operational standards Manage team schedules, absences, performance, and training Maintain inventory and readiness of cleaning equipment and supplies Respond to emergencies or urgent site issues during assigned on-call weeks Serve as the key point of contact for clients and site team leads Qualifications Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning environments Experience managing multi-shift or 24/7 operations Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Able to work full-time hours consistently and manage reactive issues when required Comfortable using basic digital tools for scheduling and communication Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Must be legally authorised to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $60,000 Monthly on-call stipend for scheduled emergency availability Two weeks’ paid vacation Company-issued mobile phone for work purposes Apply Today If you are a reliable, experienced operations leader ready to take responsibility for a key facility, we want to hear from you.
