About Us:
Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated assistant to support our auction and resale business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service by greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Manage appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Inventory Management:
Capture high-quality photographs of items and upload them to auction platforms with precise descriptions and lot numbers. Use tools like Google Lens for item identification and description.
Showroom Maintenance:
Measure, tag, and arrange items in the showroom. Maintain a clean and organized space to enhance customer experience.
Marketing & Social Media:
Post items for sale on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and OfferUp. Create engaging preview videos and marketing content to promote our offerings.
Presentation Design:
Develop PowerPoint presentations for inventory and auctions, showcasing items effectively.
Operational Support:
Assist with opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and help customers load their purchases.
Requirements:
Proficiency in computers, PowerPoint, iPhone, and basic Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual a plus!! Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality. Experience in retail, resale, or sales is preferred. Ability to lift and assist with smaller items for staging and loading. Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines.
