The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of hospital management, including maintenance systems and project management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our hospital runs efficiently, providing the highest quality of care to our patients while maintaining a safe and effective working environment for all staff. Performs management of Plant Operations and engineering to provide preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment management, utility management, life safety compliance, physical plant maintenance/repair, and coordination of construction/renovation projects and provide logistical planning and coordinating to engineering staff. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage maintenance systems including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and schedule repairs and maintenance. Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate HVAC systems management to maintain a comfortable environment for patients and staff. Utilize electrical knowledge, including high voltage systems, to ensure safety protocols are followed in all areas of the hospital. Interpret schematics and technical documents related to hospital infrastructure for effective decision-making. Lead project management initiatives for facility upgrades, renovations, or new installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain effective communication with all departments to foster collaboration and address any operational issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in hospital management or a similar role within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of

CMMS, HVAC

systems, electrical systems, and high voltage operations. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in supervising teams and managing diverse groups of staff. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to hospital equipment and infrastructure. Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency. Project management experience is highly desirable.
