Mano Lani, LLC has an opening for an Incentives Establishment Specialist position to join our rapidly growing team in Marietta, GA. The Incentives Establishment Specialist will support the client by providing transition services for soldiers and officers transitioning from active duty with our military customers to another component, retirement or being discharged. Mano Lani is a leader in physical and cyber security, financial management, logistics, and facilities management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance: Provide front office customer service and support to command operations team including managing visitors, visitor requests and security. Maintain event calendar, prepare meeting agendas, and publish meeting minutes and reports. Support editing and coordinating of SharePoint page, various reports, and other written documentation. Provide property support for project assets including assignment, management, and disposal of assets. Provide administrative support for safety operations and programs, and emergency management and programs. Follow through to completion safety and emergency management facilities trouble tickets. Maintain compliance with all Operational Security, Information Assurance, and Foreign Disclosure programs. Support OTC mail deliveries, ensuring proper Division / Department receive the correct mail by managing a centralized mailroom. Receive and transmit classified material in compliance with all regulations. Facilities preventative maintenance, repair, renovation, removal, and disposal Tools, inventory management & job tracking Waterfront cleanup & disposal of material Furniture planning, repair, installation, relocation, removal, & disposal Installation of Information Technology (IT) services including

CAT-5/CAT-6

cable & IT cabinets Hurricane and inclement weather preparation and facilities tie-downs Vegetation control & removal Minor facilities maintenance work including carpentry, painting, roofing, and welding. General electrical repairs

Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required or equivalent experience 3 years of professional experience in management Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for the federal government Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Adobe Acrobat Professional Ability to work with various Navy and Marine Corps Systems Works well in a team environment Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
