Prepare patients for exams, assist with procedures, and ensureall necessary equipment is ready and sanitized. Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens for routinetesting. Administer medications under provider supervision, applydressings, and assist with minor procedures. Coordinate patient care by scheduling follow-ups, managingreferrals, and assisting with chronic disease management. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medicationinstructions, and wellness strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards whilemaintaining a safe and organized mobile clinical environment. Serve as a key liaison between the medical team, patients, andassisted living staff.
