Regional Facilities Operations Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30326 What this job involves – This position is responsible for managing overall operations and coordinating a team to deliver facilities management services for a manufacturing client’s real estate portfolio across a specific region (north or south) of North America. The role involves overseeing multiple sites, developing client relationships, enhancing operational procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while meeting corporate real estate goals and objectives. What is your day to day? Overseeing the operation, staffing, performance, and development of the regional facility management service delivery team Coordinating with direct reports on goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and Jones Lang LaSalle audit standards Implementing robust processes across sites and sharing best practices within the organization Partnering with key client executives to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery Leading and participating in audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Developing and implementing innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity Managing the annual management plan and achieving key performance indicators for the region Overseeing financial aspects, including budget development, variance reporting, and investment planning Desired experience and technical skills Required Minimum of eight years industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant Industry experience with emphasis on operational management of multi-site large corporate facilities Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Financial management skills and computer proficiency Willingness to travel periodically between multiple sites in the region Preferred Bachelor’s degree Experience in matrix management organizations Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel and possess the ability to analyze data
