Position Summary Leads a team in managing customer service interactions, processing building maintenance work orders, and generating reports. Oversees daily operations of the facilities management service center, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Establishes and maintains the facilities management service desk and customer management system, continuously evaluating efficiency. Assigns and directs service tasks, monitors project and work order progress, and supervises team members to ensure timely completion. Manages the ticket queue and tracks key metrics to uphold service standards and operational efficiency. Leads technical training programs to enhance team skills and service capabilities. Develops, publishes, and distributes weekly analytics and monthly facilities management service reports. Maintains and updates the facilities management services intranet page to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information. Resolves service desk issues and implements process improvements to enhance productivity and customer service. Audits work quality and customer service performance to ensure alignment with departmental standards and efficiency goals. Qualifications Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 2+ years of facilities, help desk, customer service, or related experience.
