As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight of multiple locations within a specific area. You will be expected to execute and manage the company’s standards and procedures for overall customer service satisfaction and excellence! This position requires travel 100% of the time within the areas of responsibility of:
Warner Robins/Perry Responsibilities:
Train new employees Monitor and track employee posted schedule Perform facility visits to evaluate operations and compliance Perform supply inventory checks to include restock, order through appropriate channels, and evaluate usage to determine cost efficiency Will be the dedicated assist and/or alternate crew member for each facility assigned in the area of responsibility
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be at least 18 yrs old Must be flexible Sunday through Saturday based on the contract for each facility Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel for day-to-day operations. Travel will be structured and scheduled based on pre-determined factors for each facility contract Must have a minimum of 2 years verified supervisor or management experience Must have a minimum of 2 years verified commercial cleaning experience Strong leadership-must have the ability to inspire, mentor, and have accountability for employees Communication-Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must Problem-Solving-Must have the ability to identify, problem solve, and/or elevate matters in a timely and efficient manner Must have a reliable smart phone with reliable self-WIFI.
