Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience working in a correctional environment. One year of experience supervising staff in a correctional environment or supervising field staff on multiple construction sites. Two years of experience doing material take offs estimating multiple construction projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience using estimating software. Knowledge and understanding of State of Georgia Purchasing rules and regulations. Previous experience managing staff time sheets and performance evaluations. Possessing a Georgia contractor license.
