Our client is seeking a responsible, hands-on couple to manage a spectacular glamping site set on 110 private acres. This isn’t just another Facilities Manager listing. What You Will Be Doing Guest Services & Administration (Partner 1) Welcome guests & ensure seamless check-in/out Manage bookings, guest communication & daily hospitality operations Coordinate cabin turnover, supplies & general guest readiness Maintenance & Grounds (Partner 2) Infrastructure upkeep: Maintain trails, firewood, outdoor features, basic repairs Spend most of the day outdoors in all weather & terrain Joint Responsibilities Clean & reset cabins after guest stays Maintain a high level of property presentation & cleanliness Care for the land with respect for the natural ecosystem & wildlife Communicate regularly with the owners & help improve systems What You Won’t Be Doing Financial Management or Budgeting Marketing or Social Media Management Guest Meal Preparation or Catering Security or Surveillance Operations Basic Requirements Prior experience in hotels, motels, or guest reception role (Partner 1) Experienced Bobcat/skid steer operator for property maintenance (Partner 2) Knowledge of local trees, plants & animals (Partner 2) Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Benefits Housing Utilities Internet About OysterLink OysterLink is the premier platform for hospitality professionals seeking part-time and full-time opportunities across the U.S. We specialize in matching skilled candidates with employers who value their experience and expertise.
