Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you and your team will be responsiblefor overseeing building operations and maintenance for a healthcarefacility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sizedbuildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional areawhich focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assetsand may partner Property Managers or landlords.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenanceperformed by vendors, and contractors. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings onunresolved facility issues. Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, andvariance reports. Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local,state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies,repairs, and upgrade opportunities. Manage environmental health and safety procedures forfacilities. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Reviewprice quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor forprojects. Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs,and safety best practices. Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the trainingand development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of newemployees. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus. Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own disciplineintegrates with others to achieve team and departmentalobjectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderatelycomplex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systemsand processes.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered. Valid driver’s license required.
Facility Management certification preferred. Must be strongly familiar with chillers, boilers, HVAC,generators etc. Experience in healthcare industry Skilled in navigating the exchange of sensitive and complexinformation, setting performance expectations, and resolvingissues. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality,efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline anddepartment. Strong organizational skills complemented by a keen inquisitivemindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figuressuch as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.
