Facilities Specialist 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 70963 Hwy 59, Abita Springs, LA 70420 PURPOSE

OF THE JOB

This full-time position is responsible for support of facility maintenance and security functions for all banking center locations. (This position can be housed in any of our markets)

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Responsible for weekly camera checks, scheduling maintenance as needed on associated equipment and following up with vendors as needed. Responsible for assigning employee access rights in department managed systems; including, but not limited to, alarm and key card access, access to DVR systems, after hours call lists, FedEx shipping, and office supplies. Responsible for working and maintaining defined response time(s) on all issues reported in the Help Desk System. Responsible for maintaining all lighting outages as reported. Responsible for filing reports in director as needed. Assists with other tasks and duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred or Two years of equal facilities/banking experience required Two years of experience in all aspects of facilities management preferred General knowledge and background of office management and space planning. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees. Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to diagnose, resolve or escalate a critical situation. Communicate well with internal partners, departments, clients and vendors. Be Self-directed/motivated with the ability work independently with little to no direct supervision. Ability to manage workload-prioritizing, planning, and organizing Familiarity with routes and locations of Home Bank offices or ability to use a GPS. Must possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s license and have/maintain a good driving record. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
