Overview:

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of World Pac’s warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building repairs, preventative maintenance, security, and business continuity planning. Manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency. Lead external vendors to ensure high standards of service and maintenance. Maintain policies for preventative maintenance, safety, security, and regulatory compliance. Support facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and system upgrades. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, HVAC, and landscaping. Partner with EHS leader to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and workplace safety. Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices within facilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or Associate’s Degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in commercial facility management, construction management or related fields. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Knowledge in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Facility Manager (FM) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification. Background in managing multiple commercial facilities. Some travel•10%•25% when needed.

Pay Range:

USD $66,000.00•USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
