The Civil Trades Facilities Manager works with trades managers who areresponsible for managing daily operations and maintenance of universitycampuses. This role involves developing excellent working relationshipswith the university community and both internal and external vendors tocoordinate services. The facilities manager ensures the successfulcompletion of client facility needs, focusing on providing superiorcustomer service and comprehensive facilities management for hundreds ofbuildings and operations projects.

Required Skills Qualifications:

?Facilities-related college degree or 3-5 years of equivalent workexperience. ? Demonstrated experience in facilities and construction. ?Understanding of building trades and ability to read constructiondocuments. ? Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Projectrequired. ? Familiarity with work order systems and building automationsystems. ? Strong organizational skills with excellent attention todetail and follow-up. ? Ability to manage changing priorities andaccomplish multiple detailed tasks to meet deadlines. ? Excellentwritten and oral communication skills. ? Good judgment, ability toprioritize work and meet multiple task deadlines, and strongproblem-solving skills. ?
