Summary:

The Transfer Center Specialist role is responsible for facilitating patient transfers and consultations, managing assignments of Emergency Department, admissions to Hospital Medicine service and providing support to all care team members to facilitate timely access to the hospital.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

High School degree or GED preferred.

License/Certifications:

EMS Certification (does not need to be current) or five years of relevant experience required.
