Job DescriptionJob Description Job description The Project Engineer will lead the successful execution of capital projects through manufacturing engineering expertise. Key responsibilities include collaborating on project plans, guiding manufacturing processes, managing schedules and budgets, and serving as a liaison between teams. The Project Engineer will interact with personnel including engineering, sales, production, customer service and suppliers to complete assigned programs and project successfully. “` Duties “`

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans and timelines
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to support project objectives
  • Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve project issues
  • Utilize SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other engineering software to create detailed designs
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Must be familiar with internal quality systems
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for project deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations “` Skills “`
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other engineering software
  • Experience with data analysis techniques and tools
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
