Community Connector Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager for the Community Connector performs custodial duties and minor maintenance of Community Connector buildings, equipment, and grounds; and monitors activities in the Transit Center when needed. The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of building functions to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities cleaning staff. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities. The Facilities Manager will work alongside our Safety Officer and other staff to ensure our buildings, grounds, and vehicles are clean, safe, and maintained. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package.
