Our St Louis cultivation site is built for quality, consistency, and growth. While the grow team focuses on producing top-tier plants, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep everything running behind the scenes. About the Role We’re hiring a Facility General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cultivation facility. You won’t need prior cannabis experience—but you will need a strong background in facilities management, vendor coordination, supply ordering, and team support. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure the facility is functioning smoothly—equipment is working, supplies are stocked, schedules are followed, and contractors show up on time. If it’s not plant-related, it’s probably under your care. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing the day-to-day operations of the entire facility Managing post harvest functions such as dry, cure, trim, packaging, and distribution. Placing and tracking orders for facility supplies, tools, PPE, and equipment Creating and overseeing maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc. Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and service calls Supporting hiring and onboarding by working with department leads Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment Monitoring systems and working with leadership to identify process improvements Handling operational issues as they arise—before they become problems Helping the grow team stay focused on growing by managing everything else What We’re Looking For 5+ years in facilities, operations, general management, or similar hands-on leadership roles 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong understanding of how to keep a commercial facility running efficiently Experience managing third-party vendors and service contracts Familiarity with ordering, tracking, and managing supplies or inventory Skilled in troubleshooting facility-related issues and creating long-term solutions Highly organized, proactive, and reliable—someone who sees the big picture and the details Comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated environment Bonus if you’ve worked in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing
