Junior Facilities Specialist Position Available In Taney, Missouri

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and evaluate the condition of the agencys property
• Identifies solutions needed to solve maintenance and repair issues
• General lawn care
• Overall upkeep of property.
• Supervisory Responsibilities
• None
• Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• 18 years or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in CPR/First Aid
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Blood Borne Pathogens, Systemic Instruction Strategies, Abuse/Neglect, HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Behavior training
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Class E drivers License
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test
• Must pass a background check including criminal record and driving record
• Ability to perform each essential duty and responsibility
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Adequate Time Management capabilities.
• Physical Demands
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking
• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally above shoulder level
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; this may be more with certain types of work assignments
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to operate power equipment
