About the role The purpose of this position is to lead multiple functions ofbuilding operations and maintenance for a facility, campus orportfolio of buildings. What you’ll do Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings. Coordinates, oversees and/or leads repairand maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendorsand contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping andjanitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed. Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. Coordinates andleads moves, adds and change activities. Obtains and reviews pricequotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor forprojects. Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operatingbudget and variance reports. Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order andbilling procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centercoding. Provides process and procedure training. Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation ofreports. Coordinates, oversees and/or runs repair and maintenance workassignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractorsperforming building maintenance, landscaping and janitorialwork. What you’ll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/ortraining. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus onbusiness, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Facility Management certification preferred.
