Essential Duties Position Requirements:

A pleasant and professional demeanor
The ability to work independently and as a team player
Must be able to operate a pressure washer
Work with Housing Facilities Manager on general maintenance issues (painting, etc.)
Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be an MUW student in good standing
A valid driver’s license to operate a university vehicle
Must be able to move furniture, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, stoop, stretch, reach, and climb as needed. Job Description Summary The Housing Student Facilities Assistants (FA), under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Residence Life, are responsible for assisting in the inspection, assessment, reporting, and resolution of maintenance concerns in and around the residence halls. Hours of Availability Various hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm., Monday – Friday Background Check Statement Prior to hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation.
