Lead Coordinator Watkins Construction & Roofing Ridgeland, MS Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be a lead coordinator of our local business. You’ll be the first voice potential customers hear on the phone and will take their information and assign the customer to the proper sales representative. You will also assist with other calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. Compensation:

$14 – $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries Assist with after-hours calls on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Be available to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
