Hago Automotive Corp. is currently seeking an experienced Facilities & Equipment Manager to continue driving the tremendous improvement that we have made in all aspects of our manufacturing plant. 1.

Summary:

Direct and coordinate facility & equipment operations in accordance with business objectives to manufacture high quality products on time at the lowest possible cost by performing the following duties and be a great example to all employees. 2.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure and monitor maintenance processes are designed and executed to ensure maximum machine availability over entire machine life cycle. 2. Supervise all employees in the department by assigning maintenance jobs and coordinate emergency responses to machine downtimes. •

KPI:

Average Reaction Time 3. Communicate with senior management and affected department managers regarding equipment problems and make immediate, mid- and longterm suggestion for solutions. 4. Schedule routine maintenance tasks, considering machine usage needs. Communicate with other department managers regarding scheduled maintenance. •

KPI:

Scheduled maintenance jobs completed on time. 5. Coordinate with machine manufacturers regarding machine issues, productivity, service and maintenance. 6. Supervise and coordinate projects, e.g. installation of equipment 7. Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures. Work with HR on the KPIs below and ensure accuracy and on-time date: – KPI Turnover – KPI Absenteeism 8. Review performance of employees according to process. 9. Optimize process and procedures. 10. Ensure maintenance employees are trained and qualified for the job they are performing. 4. Minor Duties and Responsibilities 1. Support HR during hiring process 2. Support maintenance procedures 3. Plan & coordinate PTO for department heads taking in consideration the companies needs. 4. Fill-in in for maintenance staff during absences. 5. Other related duties as assigned by senior management. 3.

Safety related tasks:

Assures safety rules and procedures are always followed, do not tolerate any exceptions Daily checks that the production machines and equipment are in safe conditions If unsafe behavior is detected stop employee immediately Work closely together with Environmental Health & Safety Manager to establish and maintain safety prevention program and 5S implementation. 4.

1. Within the assigned department. 2. Regarding disciplinary action and safety towards all employees.
