Facility Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Durham, NC 27703 What this job involves – The Facility Coordinator provides general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested. What is your day to day? Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning to achieve the team’s goals and objectives Provide facility specific assistance to the site teams as needed or requested Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned Manage creation, assignment and review of CMMS work orders for site JLL team Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests Ensure appropriate follow up with customers Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption Desired experience and technical skills Required 2+ years of CMMS experience General knowledge of building systems/mechanical, electrical, plumbing Finance and purchasing experience (Requesting quotes and generating purchase order requests experience) Vendor management experience Microsoft Suite- Excel, Office etc. Go-getter attitude that organized with top notch communication skills!
