Job Description
- Daily operations of the planogram scheduling mailbox
- Maintain daily operations and Space Management of the Planogram Facility through WorkFront and space reservations.
- Coverage for the following positions as needed with in the facility; administration, Shipping & Receiving, color zone coordinators, Online Auction Coordinator and warehouse supervisor .
- Training new hires and overseeing training calendars for existing associates in their continuing education.
- Maintain the Label Making Process with current updates and ensuring that all associates are up to date in creating labels for the customer base.
- Captain daily organization of meeting rooms in keeping all meeting rooms set up for daily use of our customer base, this also includes updates within Microsoft Office.
- Guided Tours for the facility; ensure that the tours are rotated throughout the assigned associates for the tours to be successful.
- Update the calendars through excel and maintaining the share drive – which houses the facility policies and processes.
